Upsetting service
it was terribly annoying there! The main feeling in this place is upsetting. I was truly not satisfied with this hotel and everyone in it, the front desk service was unqualified, the lobby was simply ugly, and the staff in the room service were unhelpful. The room next door were smelly, I had a hard time falling asleep. Furthermore, the elevators were malfunctioning when I was visiting there., this hotel is by all means a neglected place!!

If you're interested in this place, this hotel is the greatest in all of Los Angeles. Even the visitors here were sublime. The bed was really astounding, and the lobby was stunning, I was content with this place. I was happy the rooms. I totally would love to return to this place!

Magnificent place
I really had an ok time. I was just excited with everything about it - the lobby seemed fetching, the room service was exceptional - I appreciated it, and the bed was gigantic. Even the guests here were brilliant. The suites were spectacular. In short, I would spend a night there again!

I was just at this hotel 3 days ago, and valued it! The go here is wonderful. The rooms were totally large. The lobby was fancy, and the staff in the room service were obliging! I was dazzled with this joint. And let's not forget, even the guests there were fine. If you look for an astounding hotel in Los Angeles, this hotel is simply it!

Homy but loud
I took my mother here after seeing the images on the advertisement and I was perfectly discontent there!! As soon as I set foot in the place I recognized the dreadful ambiance this hotel gives you. The lobby was ultra mediocre, and the smell in the toilet was upsetting - I had contempt for this place. People there were unsatisfactory. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working when I was checking in there. It's certainly not a place to return to!

Allow me to advice you, you'll value this hotel. The experience in this place is magnificent. The people there were delightful. I was truly pleased with this place! - I really appreciated how the lobby was classy, the bed made me just suitable and cozy, and the front desk service was completely helpful. And to top that, I ultra liked my rooms. It's totally a place to go back to!!!
